Viewing arrangements and feedback

Having arranged your viewing (accompanied viewings available) we will confirm the details via e-mail and follow up the viewing for feedback the next working day – the feedback is also kept on-line for you to refer to.

Customer support

We are open 6 days a week (mon – fri 9 – 5 and sat 10 – 2) to answer or deal with any enquiries you may have. We are also available via e-mail at any time.

Negotiation and liaison

Once an offer has been made on your property we will undertake the necessary checks into the position of your buyer to ensure that if you are accepting somebody’s offer that they are in a position to proceed.
