By using NPDs services, you agree to NPD publicising the property details on your behalf including the passing of information to other websites. You represent that you are the legal owner, lawful attorney of the legal owner or have full legal authority to supply the details of the property on behalf of the owner and agree to indemnify NPD against any claim for loss, damage or compensation arising from any misrepresentation of your power or authority to sell the property.

NPD reserves the right to remove any information from its website which in the opinion of NPD, is misleading or inaccurate.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website include UK VAT at 17.5% and NPD reserve the right to change its pricing policy for individual services at any time without notice for all new business. Your property will not be displayed on our website or other websites until payment of the price has been received in full.
NPD cannot offer you a refund in the event of the property being sold through any other agency or Internet website or in the event of any temporary suspension of the NPD service.
Under no circumstances will the liability of NPD amount to more than the price paid for the service. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Copying
Copying of details and information on the NPD site for personal use only is permitted and the consent of NPD must be obtained for all other copying. The consent of NPD is also required before creating any link to this website from any other website.
Copyright
All details and photographs submitted to the NPD site are supplied on the basis that you agree that NPD have licence to publicise the information. Buyer Contacts

NPD do advise upon the acceptability of offers received but not the ability of a buyer to proceed with a purchase and you must satisfy yourselves entirely upon such matters.
Contact with you
You agree to notify NPD of your whereabouts and availability for viewings and progress generally in relation to the sale of your property and to notify NPD within 48 hours of an exchange of Contracts for the sale of your property so that the property details can be removed from the website.
NPD reserve the right to remove property details from the website in the absence of there being any contact from you for a period of 21 days.
Termination
You may terminate any or all of the services provided by NPD by e-mail, phone or in writing and no notice is required. Please note that no refund will be offered by NPD for whatever reason whatsoever.
NPD reserves the rights to remove property details from its website (either temporarily or permanently) if NPD become aware that you do not have the authority to sell the property or that the property is under contract for sale.
Limit of Liability
The liability of NPD for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising due to our negligence is limited to the price paid for the service.
NPD can accept no liability for any loss or damage, whether direct indirect or consequential suffered by you as a result of your use of the NPD site or for information on this website or any websites linked to it. Nor for any temporary suspension of the services on this website or otherwise provided by NPD.
